Important: Before downloading the software please print and read these instructions all the way through.
Double-click on the following URL to install the school software:
The following screen will be displayed:

Place your mouse cursor on the word download. This will create a drop-down screen. In this drop-down screen move to "CL with shortcut" and click on it;
On the next page you will see this icon. Click on it.

The next screen will look like this:

Click on run. ( on some computers that button will read open so click on open).
The next screen will ask if you want to create a shortcut. Click on yes.

On the next screen you will have to input information as shown below in the picture. Enter this information exactly the way you see it in red below.
Relay server: relay6
Room: alpheeschool then click on okay.

The next dialog box will ask you if you want another shortcut, Click NO.
 |
Then it will ask you to enter your name and your e-mail address. Click on OK.
You don't have to click on 'test sound' because we will help you to test your sound at another time.

If you look in your tray at the bottom right of your screen you will see this little icon.

Right click on it and click on exit.
Your program should be completely installed
Look on your desktop and find this icon.
 |
Clicking on this icon should get you automatically into school.
When you get into the school the screen should look like this: This is called the chat screen.

If you click on the icon and get the Main screen but the lettering is in red it means that the Relay is not correct.
 |
Click on the little green man at the bottom of the main screen. The next dialog box will be displayed. This dialog box will allow you to enter the proper relay for the school and also the proper password.

At this point you need to enter the following in the TARGET SITE: relay6:alpheeschool(no spaces)
You will enter relay6 and a colon (:) and follow with alpheeschool (no spaces) .
Next enter the password that you were given for the class session in the box labeled Optional Room Password. Click on the Connect Button at the bottom of the dialog box.
That should get you into the school.
If you are not able to get into the school at all
Click on the following URL: www.Alpheeastrologyschool.com
At the bottom right of the Main Screen you will see the hotComm logo. Above it you will see CONNECT TO SCHOOL , click on it. That should get you into the school.
